Mortgage bond No. 85 for $1,000, issued by the Water Works on June 1883, payable by July 15, 1903. The illustrated bond was signed by Water Works' Secretary, E.B. Hollister, and Pres., James A. Norton. T.M. Stone, President, Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company, also signed the bond on the front.
